Coaching Neurodivergent Leaders

Our newest leadership offering – Coaching Neurodivergent Leaders

Support clients in honoring their unique leadership strengths.

Supporting Neurodivergent Leaders Has An Impact

Just as leadership can take many forms and roles, neurodivergent leadership is equally diverse – ranging from the traditional C-suite executive, to the visionary creative, to the emerging solopreneur. Coaching Neurodivergent Leaders is an exciting new offering from Coach Approach where students can explore the intersection of neurodiversity, leadership, and coaching, developing the insight and skills to effectively support neurodivergent leaders in a variety of roles, contexts, or environments.

While neurodivergent thinking is valuable, and even essential to the forward momentum and success of an organization, neurodivergent leaders can find themselves thwarted in their respective settings – misunderstood, confused by arbitrary social and corporate norms, and burned out by the process of dealing with unprofessional behavior or a lack of support. The ability to coach these leaders is key for their self-care and self-advocacy, allowing their unique strengths to shine and their innovative ideas to come to fruition.

Open to Foundation Graduates, this course is a new alternative course for our PCNC® and CPLC credentials. Transferring coaches from other ICF-accredited training programs should contact Director of Education Sara Skillen to determine any prerequisites.
