Advanced Training

This page lists the graduate-level (advanced) curriculum of the Coach Approach Training program. These are intensive, stand-alone courses, designed for our foundation program graduates. In various combinations, they support IAC’s eight different coaching credentials.

ICF Approved Coach Specific Training Hours

All of the advanced courses have Approved Course-Specific Training Hours standing, making them great choices continuing coach education for coach certification and recertification — including for coaches trained in other programs.

Neurodiverse & ADHD coaching strategies are intrinsic to each course (even if ND or ADHD is not in the title).

We offer several advanced courses that meet mentor coach certification requirements. Find them on the Mentor-Lab Training Page. Mentor-lab courses also provide substantive continuing coach education.

IAC’s Eight Coaching Credentials

CAT-IAC (Coach Approach Training – Institute for Applied Coaching) is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). The CAT curriculum supports eight coaching credentials, described on the Coaching Credentials pages. Each credential reflects the particular synergy of coaching in conjunction with ADHD, organizing and productivity expertise — as well as a level of coaching competency distinguished by International Coaching Federation criteria. Our credentialing program is administered by IAC.
