The Coaching Essentials course is designed as your starting point for a rewarding journey in coaching. Required for all new students, this course lays the groundwork with foundational knowledge and skills necessary to excel in organizing, productivity, and neurodiversity coaching.
Whether your goal is to help individuals maximize productivity and manage life more effectively, or support clients with ADHD, this course equips you with essential tools, techniques, and mindsets to make a difference.
Coaching Essentials is an intensive, introductory course in basic coaching skills, methodology, strategies, ethics and philosophy. You can begin using the coaching skills and techniques right away–starting from this first class.

8 Weeks with 1.5 hours/week of in-class time, and approximately 2 hours per week of Skills Building Group time, in addition to other assignments (see FAQs for more).

Number of credit hours earned by completing this course:
- 15 Continuing Education Units (CEU)

A graduate of the Coach Approach Foundation Training program, Elizabeth is an ICF credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Neurodiversity Coach. She also holds certificates in somatic trauma healing and somatic attachment modalities. Prior to this training she was mentored by some of the ADHD coaching greats: Nancy Ratey and Linda Roggli.
