Annie Romanos
Annie is an ICF-accredited executive and neurodiversity coach who specializes in working with ADHD and neurodivergent professionals as well as with leaders who manage neurodiverse talent. Her coaching offers a practical, strengths-based approach for individuals who may not present as "typically" neurodivergent but are nonetheless navigating hidden struggles with attention, focus, overwhelm, or emotional regulation. Many of Annie's clients are ambitious professionals who feel they're constantly running just to keep up. They may be leaders who suspect they think or work differently–or those with a recent or late diagnosis–seeking to understand their neurodiversity and harness it to lead with greater confidence and impact. Others are managers or HR leaders who want to better support and retain neurodiverse team members. Through one-to-one coaching, team development, and group programs, Annie helps clients move beyond coping and into thriving. Her work is informed by her own lived experience as a proudly ADHD coach and parent, a late diagnosis at 49, and professional accreditation in both organizational and neurodiversity coaching. Annie also collaborates with Beehyve Health, NZ’s leading ADHD and neurodiversity support provider, delivering coaching and organizational programs that unlock the potential of diverse talent. Her clients often say coaching helps them feel seen for the first time–and more importantly, helps them build practical systems, self-awareness, and strategies to lead in a way that aligns with how their brains work best and realize the full value of their neurodivergent brilliance.

Asher Collins, CAPC
I spent a good portion of my life believing that I was more lazy and less motivated than most people. I simply did not have a better reason to explain why I so often failed to do the things that mattered most to me and why I always seemed to let others down despite my best intentions. My ADHD diagnosis in 2015 gave a name to my struggles. What it did not do was help me struggle less, despite my best efforts to implement ADHD friendly ways of doing things. Desperate to find a better way, I hired an ADHD coach. The journey of self-discovery I embarked on with my coach is the foundation that my own life that fits is built upon. I learned how to work with my uniquely-wired brain. I discovered my strengths and learned how to leverage them. As positive changes multiplied I finally had hope that thriving with ADHD was possible. Today I coach, speak, and podcast on creating and sustaining meaningful change with ADHD.

Barbara Bougher, COC, ACC
The seed for my coaching journey was planted in 2009 when I formed Divine Order as a professional organizer, helping clients clear the clutter and disorganization that disrupted their personal and professional lives. I soon realized that clients’ physical clutter often reflected mental and emotional clutter going on in their lives and it was the motivation for me to seek formal training as a coach and work with clients who are stuck or overwhelmed. I help clients clear their limiting beliefs, their overwhelm, their self-defeating behaviors, their negative self-talk – in other words their mental and emotional clutter – to rid procrastination, get organized, navigate change, increase productivity, improve communications, enhance relationships, and overall, achieve their goals. The framework for my coaching is the Conscious Simplicity Process, which resulted from my co-authored book, Embracing Conscious Simplicity through Awareness, Intention and Understanding. Conscious Simplicity is a way of living and a way of being that creates the physical, mental, and emotional environments that support us in the way we want to live. Awareness, Intention, and Understanding are the three components, the keys, that allow us to identify where we are and what we have, where we want to go, who we want to be and why that’s important to us, and what holds us back from achieving success. My focus as a certified coach is to help clients remove the obstacles that block their success and peace of mind and to help them manage life with mindfulness and intention.

Casey Moore, CPLC, PCC
I love to help people achieve their professional goals and so much more. Coaching enables them to transform the way they approach their work and lives. They move from stressed, frustrated, and overwhelmed to calm, focused and in flow. It is humbling, moving and inspiring to hear them be more present with their families, earn promotions and find greater peace. When not working, I’m usually enjoying my husband and family, working in my backyard, reading, puzzling and traveling. Learning and growing matter to me. My studies help me maintain my credentials as a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Productivity Leadership Coach and Certified Professional Organizer. I’m active in my profession and served three years on the board of directors of the National Association of Organizing & Productivity Professionals. In 2020, I earned a Master's in Lifespan and Digital Communication. My research and thesis were about the experience of being listened to with empathy. Author:
