Catherine Avery is a certified neurodiversity coach, speaker, and founder of Catherine Avery ADHD Coaching. She specializes in working with neuro-zesty midlife women—often running businesses while juggling caregiving and competing priorities — who want to replace overwhelm with clarity and create a life that truly fits.
Her SENSE Method (Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Systems, Environment) offers an ADHD-friendly framework for building custom systems that protect energy, restore balance, and make work-life flow more sustainable. Known for her trauma-informed, shame-free approach, Catherine combines practical strategy with deep empathy for the unique challenges of late-diagnosed women.
In addition to training through Coach Approach, Catherine is certified as a Productive Environment Specialist and Trauma Informed Coach, and holds an MBA from NYU. She speaks regularly on ADHD productivity, late diagnosis, and building sustainable systems, including presentations at the International Conference on ADHD, and has been featured in national media.
A late ADHD diagnosis reshaped her understanding of her own brilliance and challenges. Today, she uses that lived experience to help clients pause with purpose, own their strengths, and thrive—proving that pausing isn't a luxury, it's a power move.
