Diane Thomson, MS, CAPC, PCC is an ADHD & Life Management Coach. She works with both adults and students to reduce stress, create clarity and help them act on what matters. Diane believes educating clients on the impact of ADHD and Executive Function challenges, is the basis for developing realistic strategies for a more satisfying and positively engaged lifestyle.
Through years of working with students and their parents, Diane has developed the program, SOS! Student Organization Skills; a combination of coaching, ADHD education and transfer of organization and productivity skills, to facilitate students’ success and experience of competence.
Diane is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and its New Jersey Chapter.
In addition to her extensive training through Coach Approach, she holds certificates in the Study of Students, Chronic Disorganization and ADHD from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD)
