Teamwork & Effective Relationships with Coaching Effective Leaders

The definitive Coach Approach Training Institute Course on leadership.

Explore the Meaning of Empowered Leadership in Any Setting

The dynamic Coaching Effective Leaders (CEL) course redefines empowered leadership in any context — business, non-profit, community, or family — and highlights the coach’s role in fostering this growth.

By enhancing their leadership capacity, clients unlock the potential for meaningful change through collaboration, teamwork, and effective relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, employees, and volunteers. Additionally, more leaders are discovering both the positives and the challenges of their own neurodiversity; this course equips you for it all.

True leadership isn’t about control or being the loudest voice. Discover how to coach clients toward impactful leadership by shifting from trainer Ellen Faye’s concept of “Ego Leading” to “Essence Leading.”

This course is applicable for all coaches—those who work with “traditional” leaders and for teaching individual coaching clients how to be the leaders of their own lives.
