Elevate Your Skills and Practice with Fostering Mindful Change

Taking your coaching practice to new heights.

Seminar-Style Learning for Seasoned ADHD Coaches

The Fostering Mindful Change (FMC) course is crafted for seasoned ADHD coaches looking to elevate their practice and bring deeper insights to their client sessions.

This dynamic seminar-style course invites participants to engage in interactive, case-based learning experiences, and explore advanced coaching techniques tailored to diverse client challenges. At the heart of the class is the Awareness-Engagement-Completion Coaching Model, developed by Coach Approach Training Institute’s Co-Founder and Senior Trainer for this course, Cameron Gott, PCC. This powerful framework serves to support meaningful client-centered outcomes.

This course is a one-of-a-kind training from CAT Institute, designed to empower coaches who want to help clients embrace meaningful change and equip students with the tools to strengthen their coaching while helping their ADHD clients anchor a positive, forward-thinking mindset in their change efforts.

This course is a great choice for coach recertification hours, and is an alternate choice for several of our other credentials. Enrollment is open to all Foundation Training graduates as well as coaches trained elsewhere who have 60+ coach training hours & 100+ paid client hours. Prerequisites for transferring coaches are ADHD Education, CCI: ADHD, and Coaching the ADHD Client, or may be taken with trainer permission.
