Taking Clients from Urgency to
Partnership in Set the Stage

A client’s struggle with coaching can be an opening for key learning and change.
Set or Re-Set For a Successful Coaching Engagement
When a client with ADHD repeatedly arrives late, agitated, and overwhelmed to coaching sessions, sharing a flood of thoughts about everything happening in their life, it’s natural for a coach to feel stuck. How do you navigate the whirlwind and harness a strength-based coaching approach when your client seems locked in a constant state of urgency? This challenge is a common one for coaches.

The good news is, there’s a way to move forward, re-setting the coaching partnership and creating an opportunity for learning and growth.

This course is open to CAT Institute Foundation graduates, and coaches trained elsewhere who have taken ADHD Education, Core Competency Intensive: ADHD, and Coaching the ADHD Client. A perfect choice for earning CCE hours, this class offers 6 CEUs and core competency hours.

Discover how to honor your client’s experiences while fostering clarity, progress, and empowerment. Look for this course to run in 2026.
