Mentor Coaching With a Focus on Trust and Safety
Support clients with a strong foundation of partnership and trust.
New for 2027!
The Core Competency Intensive courses are aptly named. While these lab-style courses address all coaching competencies and the full coaching process, each CCI course provides an enhanced focus on one critical area of coaching competence – in this instance, Trust and Safety. The coaching partnership is unique in supporting a safe space for clients to not only share, but explore, and building trust is at the heart of the engagement.
This fresh course explores how language, co-creation, and partnering creates the foundation, and follows the format of all of our Core Competencies Intensives Courses
- Delivered in a seminar/instruction/lab format.
- The centerpiece of each class is an authentic coaching session with students in the coach and client roles.
- Time to check-in on the challenges students are noticing in their own clients
- Classes are recorded for review (or in case you have to miss one)
Although our Mentor/Lab courses are designed to support students who are working to secure a credential, you do not need to be pursuing coach certification to take or benefit from this course.
