Annie is an ICF-accredited executive and neurodiversity coach who specializes in working with ADHD and neurodivergent professionals as well as with leaders who manage neurodiverse talent. Her coaching offers a practical, strengths-based approach for individuals who may not present as "typically" neurodivergent but are nonetheless navigating hidden struggles with attention, focus, overwhelm, or emotional regulation.
Many of Annie's clients are ambitious professionals who feel they're constantly running just to keep up. They may be leaders who suspect they think or work differently–or those with a recent or late diagnosis–seeking to understand their neurodiversity and harness it to lead with greater confidence and impact. Others are managers or HR leaders who want to better support and retain neurodiverse team members.
Through one-to-one coaching, team development, and group programs, Annie helps clients move beyond coping and into thriving. Her work is informed by her own lived experience as a proudly ADHD coach and parent, a late diagnosis at 49, and professional accreditation in both organizational and neurodiversity coaching. Annie also collaborates with Beehyve Health, NZ’s leading ADHD and neurodiversity support provider, delivering coaching and organizational programs that unlock the potential of diverse talent.
Her clients often say coaching helps them feel seen for the first time–and more importantly, helps them build practical systems, self-awareness, and strategies to lead in a way that aligns with how their brains work best and realize the full value of their neurodivergent brilliance.
