Group Mentor Coaching
Go Beyond The Basics
Designed to enhance your coaching competence, this course goes beyond just instruction and client supervision. The heart of the program lies in dynamic, live coaching sessions held during each class.
A student coach and client from the group participate in a real-time session, followed by an in-depth debrief where the coaching dynamic, flow, and impactful techniques are analyzed. This interactive discussion invites participants to share questions, feedback, and alternative approaches, while core coaching competencies are highlighted and explored in detail.
To ensure personalized attention and an engaging seminar/instruction/lab format, registration is capped at just seven participants. This structure not only meets but exceeds group mentor coaching requirements, providing a rich learning experience tailored to your development as a coach.
If you’re pursuing a coaching credential or need to recertify a credential, this course is an essential step. It covers the mandatory 10 hours of mentor coaching, offering a perfect balance of one-on-one mentoring (three hours) and small group coaching (seven hours). Whether you’re applying for the first time or preparing for recertification, this course equips you with everything you need.
This course is designed primarily for (and priority is given to) Coach Approach Training Institute Foundation Training graduates.
