I love to help people achieve their professional goals and so much more. Coaching enables them to transform the way they approach their work and lives. They move from stressed, frustrated, and overwhelmed to calm, focused and in flow. It is humbling, moving and inspiring to hear them be more present with their families, earn promotions and find greater peace.

When not working, I’m usually enjoying my husband and family, working in my backyard, reading, puzzling and traveling. Learning and growing matter to me. My studies help me maintain my credentials as a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Productivity Leadership Coach and Certified Professional Organizer. I’m active in my profession and served three years on the board of directors of the National Association of Organizing & Productivity Professionals. In 2020, I earned a Master's in Lifespan and Digital Communication. My research and thesis were about the experience of being listened to with empathy.
