Teresa Taylor, MBA, CPC is the founder of A Taylored Space. She started her coaching training to help her organizing clients move forward even when they couldn’t move the stuff. She graduated from the Coach Approach Foundation Training Program and earned the Certified Organizer Coach credential in 2017.
Teresa earned the Certified Productivity Coach credential in 2021 and continues to partner with her entrepreneur and business executive clients in leveraging executive functioning, productivity, and leadership skills.
Teresa deepened her commitment to professional education through volunteer leadership roles such as the National Association of Organizing & Productivity Professionals’ (NAPO) Education Committee Chair where she led the development of three Certificates including Team Productivity and Brain Based Conditions, and the ADHD Coaches Organization’s (ACO) DEI Task Force.
Inspired by her sister who is living with ADHD, Teresa presented at the 2021 International ADHD Conference on “Executive Functioning, Achievement and Quality of Life in One Family of Black Women.” Her 2023 conference workshop focused on “Coaching Through Differences.”
After recognizing the gaps to Black Women accessing culturally competent support, Teresa set out to build spaces to elevate the community. Teresa created and began hosting the Black Women ADHD Summit in 2022. She also hosts virtual events to engage Black Women with ADHD in building the perspectives and strategies needed to help them live more fully.
Teresa is an assistant trainer for the Strengths-Based Coaching and Life & ADHD Coaching courses as well as a contributor to the curriculum of the Neurodiversity Support & Advocacy advanced course.
