Advanced Organizer Coach Credentials

Integrate top-tier coaching and organizing skills to foster lasting, sustainable change.

Level 2 Coaching Credentials

What are Advanced Organizer
Coach Credentials?

Coach Approach Training Institute offers two advanced organizer coach credentials: Professional Certified Organizer Coach (PCOC) and Certified Organizer Life Coach (COLC). These credentials share nearly identical training and requirements, but serve different purposes. Offered at the request of our trained coaches, these credentials reflect distinct ways to communicate the value of coaching—each tailored to resonate with specific client populations.

For decades, professional organizers have been privileged to witness the intimate details of people’s lives—how they live and work in their spaces, share them with others, and support their communities. Organizing is never just about “stuff” or schedules. It touches on deeper priorities: how time is spent, what truly matters, and how clients care for themselves and those they love, whether it’s children, family, or friends in need.

Since organizing, time, and task management intersect every aspect of life, coaching in this field naturally aligns with holistic (whole-person) coaching principles. Whether a coach focuses on helping clients align their organizing efforts with their values or supports broader life goals, the work is deeply interconnected. The unique combination of coaching and organizing expertise is especially impactful for clients navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, major life changes, or overwhelming stress or situations that often disrupt life’s flow. Together, PCOC and COLC coaches help clients design “A Life That Fits”– one that honors their values, strengths, and aspirations.

125 hours of coach training

10 mentor hours

500 client coaching hours

Both credentials reflect advanced coaching mastery, supported by rigorous training and real-world experience. PCOC and COLC coaches go beyond surface-level fixes—they guide clients through transformative change. By using body-based insights, developing sustainable systems, and clarifying patterns, these coaches help clients build environments and habits that reflect their best selves. The result? Clients are empowered to handle responsibilities, nurture creativity, and live purposeful, soul-centered lives.

These coaches create an ongoing, supportive process to help clients balance systems, self-care, and passions while keeping their unique aesthetics and values front and center. The synergy of organizing instincts with advanced Professional Certified Coach (PCC)-level training allows them to unlock profound and lasting changes in their clients’ lives.

After completing foundational training, each PCOC or COLC personalizes their coaching path by selecting advanced electives that best serve their clients’ needs.
