Certified Productivity Leadership Coach Credential

Level 1 Coaching Credential
What is a Certified Productivity
Leadership Coach (CPC) Credential?
Each Certified Productivity Leadership Coach (CPLC) has demonstrated coaching competence at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. The Certified Professional Leadership Coach (CPLC) program empowers clients to uncover and refine their personal leadership style, expanding its range and effectiveness. Aspiring leaders begin with a deep commitment to personal growth and productivity, learning to move beyond limiting habits and perspectives to develop greater competence and confidence. Holistically speaking, it is a powerful synergy between productivity skills and compassionate, effective leadership.
CPLC clients take ownership of their communication impact, mastering skills like observation, active listening, thoughtful reflection, and motivational support. By inviting and reviewing purposeful actions, they foster a coaching mindset that strengthens their ability to connect with and inspire others. This transformation deepens their productivity and commitment while cultivating a culture of honesty, accountability, growth, and achievement.
Through the CPLC framework, clients build alliances, articulate shared visions, lead meaningful meetings, set tangible goals, and measure outcomes—essential skills for driving meaningful and measurable progress.
