Debra Levy, PCOC, PCC

Debra Levy, is a Certified Life, ADHD, and Productivity Coach, and is the owner of A Life That Fits, LLC.
She is dedicated to helping her clients make time and space for what matters most in their lives.
Debra begins by working with her clients to clarify what is important to them, what will make them feel happy and fulfilled, and determining what guidance and support is required to create the life they want. She focuses on areas that are a struggle for many of her clients (whether ADHD or neuro-typical) including time management, hyper-focusing, distractions, the setting of goals and priorities, and establishing healthy boundaries.

Together, she and her clients work on gaining insight into what is holding them back. She helps them to become more aware of their own natural abilities, modalities, and tendencies, make room for their big-picture goals, and implement step-by-step solutions to help them get from where they are, to where they want to be. Debra is here to partner with her clients on a thought-provoking and productive journey to envision “A Life That Fits” their values and dreams and provide the motivation and accountability to maximize their potential.

My journey to become a coach has been impacted by the skills I’ve developed while working first as an interior designer in Manhattan & London, then as the owner of a fine arts photography company, followed by over 12 years as a professional organizer (serving many clients with ADHD) and and then through extensive coach training.

My life experiences, both the ups and the downs, the many relationships I have forged, and the struggles I’ve overcome have helped me become the coach I am today.

Denslow Brown, CNC, MCC, CPO-CD, CPO

I became a professional organizer in 1974 after working (administratively) in the legal, investment, corporate, mental health and non-profit fields. As the organizing field began to grow, I was active in the new associations that support it (NAPO and ICD) -- serving on a national board, developing training, creating a national community service program.

My sister and nieces were diagnosed with ADHD in the late 1980s -- and I began learning about adult ADHD. I began my coach training in the 1990s to support my clients in creating lasting change in their lives, environments and habits. I earned my Master Certified Coach credential in 2005.

I coach adults with ADHD -- and mentor coach coaches-in-training (or in transition).

In 2006, I founded what is now the Coach Approach Training Institute (CATI) to teach coaching to professional organizers and productivity specialists -- and now educators, health professionals and ADHD/ND educators. We've developed 20 courses on coaching and ADHD coaching, created eight coaching credentials that represent the coaching synergy (with organizing, productivity and ADHD expertise, etc.), and became accredited in 2015 by the Int'l Coaching Federation. I sold CATI in 2014.

Janice Russell, COC

Life transitions guru, productivity and organizing expert, author, speaker, and owner of Life Transitions Organizing, Janice Russell, COC, CPO-CD, supports ambitious women during a significant transition in their life go from overwhelm to feeling in control of what once felt uncontrollable.

My personal and professional expertise is in an often overlooked area – how medical conditions impact a person's organization and productivity. It doesn’t matter if it is newly identified or a status change in an ongoing disorder, life is more complex. Whether it’s a situation related to the body or brain, everything is harder.

I’m thrilled to share the Transition Success Program. It was developed from my work with clients, my professional training, and my own life. My multi-faceted approach is individualized so my clients achieve calm and control during their (no longer) life-disrupting situation. They are empowered to take back their life! I posts consistently on a wide-range of organizing and productivity topics related to life transitions, which can be found on my blog.

Jessica Kennedy, CNC

I’m a beautiful human being; a wife, a mom, an only child, a grandmom, an entrepreneur, a lifelong learner, an introvert, a believer in the necessary power of recharging my energy budget (in order to continually connect with others), I thrive on creating boundaries as a means of self care. I am a certified neurodiversity coach.

My mission as a coach and productivity consultant is to empower my clients to unveil their inherent strengths, unleash their creativity, and amplify their value. In our journey together, we confront obstacles, challenges, and limiting beliefs head-on. By acknowledging these hurdles and embracing their strengths, clients learn to navigate adversity with resilience and grace. Through this transformative process, clients not only overcome barriers but also elevate themselves to new heights, thriving and soaring with newfound confidence and purpose.

Clients often describe me as an external processor, a compassionate listener, A trusted place and an impartial sounding board. My approach involves collaborating with individuals to explore how their specific brain function contribute to their joy. Together, we dive into what obstacles hinder their progress; we take notice of their inherited beliefs, societal expectations, and perceived value systems compared to designing their own value system. Establishing a secure, nurturing, and trusting relationship is key to supporting clients as we uncover challenges. Utilizing their inherent strengths, we set deliberate goals and commit to the necessary effort to achieve them. With each session, clients move closer to crafting a life that authentically reflects their unique selves.
