Susan Lieber, PCC, CAPC stepped onto the coaching path with Coach Approach Training Institute (CATI) co-founders, Denslow Brown and Cameron Gott, and has been deeply engaged in the field ever since. She earned her Certified Organizer Coach credential from the IAC (now Coach Approach Training Institute) in 2011, followed by her Certified ADHD Organizer Coach certification in 2017, and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF the same year.
Specializing in coaching adults with ADHD, Susan works with clients in business, professional, and personal settings, as well as with college students. Her dedication to understanding ADHD began when her adult sons were diagnosed as children. Through her coaching, Susan’s clients learn that life with ADHD isn’t about working harder but working smarter—by gaining a clear understanding of their unique ADHD traits. By exploring new perspectives, developing personalized strategies, and leveraging their strengths, clients find themselves equipped to lead fulfilling and productive lives.
Alongside her client work, Susan delivers presentations on various ADHD-related topics and remains committed to her professional development by attending coaching and ADHD conferences and webinars. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, she continually expands her knowledge to enhance her coaching practice.
Originally trained and certified as an occupational therapist, Susan later transitioned to a career as a professional organizer before gradually directing her focus full-time towards coaching. This diverse background provides valuable insights for her students and clients alike. Since joining CATI in 2016, Susan has served as an assistant trainer for several Foundation Training courses and is currently the co-trainer (along with Director of Education, Sara Skillen) of the Brain-Based Coaching course.
