Harness Client Competence in Strengths-Based Coaching
The Next Step in Becoming a Trained Coach
In this course, you’ll learn to coach clients to a greater understanding of their strengths and empower them to make positive, sustainable change in their lives. Clients with organizing and productivity challenges often attempt (or are encouraged to use) strategies that work well for others—which may or may not play to their unique abilities.
You will learn how to coach clients to embrace and work with their specific modality strengths and sensitivities, and integrate their values and needs for more lasting results and successful outcomes. Both you and your clients will become curious observers of preferences and perspectives, developing metacognition skills.
Strengths-Based Coaching is the second of the five foundation courses. It reinforces and builds on the coaching skills taught in Coaching Essentials, which is the prerequisite.
